Little Darters Wildlife Adventure Area

The Natural World Centre at Whisby welcomed a brand new wildlife adventure area in summer 2009! Packed full of exciting tunnels, bridges and sand pits kids are guaranteed a whale of a time!

Youngsters are able to watch wildlife in action through a mole’s eye view, go underground in the earth tunnel and climb up the nature exploration towers!

Stretching from the main land near the Natural World Centre, over the water and onto the island, the wildlife adventure area gives visitors a great view of Whisby Nature Park like never seen before.

The adventure area is completely FREE for all the family to enjoy. It links up a new part of the park to the visitor centre.

Little Darters Wildlife Adventure Area has been funded through a major investment by Leisure Connection, plus Growth Point Fund, Aggregates Levy Fund, Department for Children, Schools and Families, Lafarge Aggregates, and North Kesteven District Council.
